Diigo is a great way to share sources that are related to the topic you are looking for. For example, in class, we all share the sources that we find and we are able to look through the source and comment on it and see what other people commented on it too. I would like to use this same tool in my classroom. This software is very versatile and it can be used with any subject. I also think I can use it to look at things I am curious about.
The powerpoint that I am creating for class I am keeping in mind Bloom's Taxonomy pyramid. A powerpoint would be a good way to support the learning as it is a visual with learning material on it. Hoping that the students are able to understand my teachings and apply the skills in the future. I am doing the Powerpoint on planets and I hope the student would be able to go to through the steps of the pyramid and feel comfortable with being able to apply their knowledge based on the Blooms Taxonomy.
In this post I learned about the different resources that are available for teachers in order to stay up to date with the technology. I really like the idea of podcast and being able to listen to them. I could listen to them when I am driving home, cooking, or cleaning. It is something that isn't too time consuming, but can still teach me about the different way I can adapt my classroom to the technology. Webinars are also very convenient, it allows the educator to have the freedom to do it from the comfort of their home.
